Welcome to Top Follow. By downloading, installing, or using the Top Follow app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
1. Description of Service
Top Follow is a free Android application that allows users to earn coins and crystals through tasks, referrals, and promo codes, which can be redeemed for Instagram followers, likes, comments, and story views. The Service operates in connection with Instagram.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Top Follow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity on accounts connected to Top Follow.
- We recommend using secondary Instagram accounts for coin mining. Using your main account may carry risks.
- You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or violation of Instagram's policies.
- Download only the official Top Follow APK from topfollow.live or Google Play. Unauthorized or fake apps may harm your device.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
- Use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.

Top Follow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, delivery times, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of Instagram and our Service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action taken by Instagram regarding your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Follow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero for the free app).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and disconnecting your accounts.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
